4. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a contract:

• All final deliverables created for a client—including UI designs, code, and documentation—become the property of the client upon full payment.
• Sprint does not place branding, logos, or hidden ownership claims inside client products.

4.2 Sprint Ownership

Sprint retains ownership of:

• Internal tools, frameworks, and starter templates used during development.
• Any materials created before the client's project.

These are licensed to the client for use within the project only.

5. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website or attempt to access data that does not belong to you.
• Upload harmful files, viruses, or scripts.
• Copy or redistribute website content without permission.

6. Payments & Billing

All payments for Sprint's Services are subject to the terms stated in the agreement with the client.

General rules:

• Deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
• Late payments may result in project delays.
• Additional requests, features, or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

7. Confidentiality

Sprint keeps all client information, business ideas, financial data, and proprietary details strictly confidential.

Clients also agree to maintain confidentiality regarding Sprint's internal methods, pricing, and agreements unless publicly shared by Sprint.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

Sprint provides Services using best practices, but we do not guarantee that:

• Your product will achieve revenue, investment, or market success.
• Software will be completely error-free (although we provide continuous improvements and support).

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Sprint is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or data damage.
• Total liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the project.

9. Links to Third-Party Sites

Our website may include links to external services.

Sprint is not responsible for:

• Accuracy,
• Privacy practices, or
• Any loss resulting from their use.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our Services if:

• You violate these Terms,

Clients may also terminate the relationship under terms stated in the agreement.
