How Did We Develop Terhal Using the Agile Approach?

Phase 1 – Building the Core Platform

The initial phase focused on creating the foundation of Terhal by enabling travel agencies to create accounts and showcase their offers. Agencies could upload photos and prices with minimal details, simplifying their onboarding process. Users were provided with an intuitive interface to explore these offers and view agency profiles. Additionally, live data integration from third-party services for hotels and flights was implemented, allowing users to access comprehensive travel options directly within the platform. WhatsApp was integrated for agency-user communication, enabling quick and direct interactions.

Phase 2 – Enabling Personalized User Experiences

The second phase emphasized personalization and interaction. Users were given the ability to create custom travel requests, which agencies could respond to through WhatsApp chat.
