81 is a comprehensive digital platform developed for Abdullah Erhamah, one of Kuwait’s most recognized interior designers. The goal of the project was to create an all-in-one system that connects interior design companies and individual designers with clients through a seamless and beautifully crafted experience. The platform includes a user-facing mobile app, a dashboard for businesses, and an admin panel to manage the ecosystem.
Whether users are browsing portfolios, requesting consultations, or booking services, 81 ensures simplicity, elegance, and efficiency across the entire process.

How Did We Develop 81 Using the Agile Approach?

Phase 1 – Building the Marketplace and Designer Profiles

Our first sprint focused on building the foundation:

• Companies and freelance designers can create profiles, list their services, and showcase their portfolio.
• Users can browse by category, filter by style, and explore designer pages with images, service details, and contact options.
• Emphasis was placed on user-friendly design and mobile responsiveness to ensure an engaging experience.

Phase 2 – Enabling Direct Communication and Bookings

Once the listing and discovery experience was in place, we moved to user engagement:

• Integrated a chat system that allows users to contact designers directly from the platform.
• Enabled booking requests with calendar-based scheduling and designer availability.
• Added push notifications for real-time communication and status updates.

Phase 3 – Business Dashboard and Admin Panel

The final phase focused on managing the ecosystem efficiently:

• Developed a dashboard for interior design businesses to manage bookings, track performance, and edit service offerings.
• Created an admin panel to moderate listings, manage user roles, and maintain the overall system health.
• Included analytics to monitor app usage and optimize performance over time.

The Final Outcome

The 81 platform has redefined how interior design services are discovered and booked in Kuwait. By combining functionality with beauty, it supports designers in growing their businesses and gives users an effortless way to connect with talent.
